Stand Up Paddle Girl was created. Stand Up Paddle Girl began as a board and clothing company, evolving into a space to create and inspire change, while learning to be joyful and present in your life!  

USING A HOLISTIC approach to health, wellness, wellbeing, yoga and of course, paddle boarding, we help to awaken your own healing power!
